The Organising Committee of APCON 2010 invites you to participate in trade and exhibition of your products during 59th Annual Conference of Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists (APCON 2010). It is being organized by Department of Pathology and Microbiology, Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences in association with Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists – Andhra Pradesh Chapter. It is going to be held from 9th – 12th December 2010 at Katriya Hotel & Towers, Raj Bhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists (IAPM) is a non-commercial, professional organization with membership strength of more than 3500. The IAPM conducts National conference annually in different cities of the country and is attended by Teaching Faculty, Senior Consultants, Practicing Pathologists, Microbiolgists and Post Graduate students from different parts of the country. This year’s conference is expected to be attended by over 1000 delegates from all over India as well from other parts of the world.

Terms & Condition:
- The Trade & Exhibition Committee reserves the right to modify or rearrange the floor plan or cancel any sponsorship/ Exhibitor, without assigning any reason thereof.
- Sponsorhip/ Exhibition will be allocated on first cum first serve basis only after the draft for the booking amount is en-cashed.
- All bookings must be accompanied by 50% advance payment and the remaining 50% must be paid atleast 2 months before the start of conference.
- The trade and Exhibition Committee shall allocate the floor areas to the request of exhibition as far as possible but the same cannot be guaranteed by the exhibition committee.
- The number of representatives of the sponsor/ exhibitor at the conference venue will be limited, depending on the extent of sponsorship.
- The sponsor/ exhibitor must not cause damage to the walls, panels and other areas in the hall. In case of any such damage the sponsor/exhibitor will have to indemnify the Organizers for the same.
- Trade & Exhibition Committee reserves the right to change the venue and date of conference in unavoidable circumstances.
- Certificate of sponsorship will be given at the end of Conference.
