Registration Information

To register for APCON2010 all delegates must complete the online registration form and submit before November 15, 2010. After this date the website will not accept any registrations and only spot registration will be possible. Please also note the deadlines for different registration fee categories. The website will not accept fees of any of the earlier categories after the due date is over.

* Proof of the status is required and registrants under this category must send the letter signed by the Head of Department indicating the status. This letter can be sent either by regular mail or scanned copy of the letter can be sent as attachment to email at mail@apcon2010.com

Registration Fees for the Delegate/ P. G. Student includes:

• Access to all the scientific sessions including the CME sessions.
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on December 9, 2010.
• Delegate Kit. Please note that the availability of delegate kit cannot be guaranteed to Spot Registrants.
• Certificate of Attendance.
• Lunch and Tea/ Coffee
• Banquet on December 10, 2010

Registration Fees for Associate Delegate includes:

• Access to Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on December 9, 2010.
• Associate Delegate Kit.
• Lunch and Tea/ Coffee
• Banquet on December 10, 2010

Mode of Payment

The following options are available:

Option 1

By a Demand Draft drawn in favour of APCON2010, payable at Hyderabad. Please draw the DD in advance so that all the details can be entered while filling the online registration form. Please mention the name and temporary registration number given by the website on the reverse side of the DD before mailing it to conference secretariat.

Please note that all credit card payments will be charged 6% extra towards bank processing fee.

Confirmation of Registration

After submission of completed online registration form, you will receive a temporary registration number generated by the web site. After verification/ realization of payment details you will receive a confirmation mail with permanent registration number.

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellation of Registration can be done by prior intimation in writing to the Conference Secretariat. The following cancellation policy will be applicable.

• On or before October 15, 2010: full refund less Rs.500 towards administrative costs.
• After October 15, 2010 till November 30, 2010: 50% of registration fee will be reimbursed.
• No refunds will be made after November 30, 2010

Please note that all the refunds for cancellation request will be made only after
December 31, 2010.
