To serve you better the organizing committee has negotiated and secured exclusive concessional rates with different hotels for accommodation of APCON2010 participants.
The room tariff is inclusive of breakfast and currently applicable service tax.
The tariffs mentioned are valid for stay only from 8th - 13th December 2010 and for bookings made through organizing committee. Booking for the dates outside the secured room block dates,
i.e. 8th - 13th December 2010, would be charged at the prevailing rates for those dates.
Room tariffs are on per room per night basis.
Hyderabad has very heavy demand for hotel rooms; hence early bookings are recommended so as avoid inconvenience.
Accommodation will be made on a 'first come first served' basis and is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

In case of booking requests received after 31st October 2010, room bookings will depend on availability and prevailing tariffs.
All requests for bookings should be sent to conference secretariat and not directly to the Hotels.
To avail these special tariffs all requests should be accompanied by full prepayment for the entire duration of stay.
Booking requests will be confirmed on receipt of payments. After verification/ realization of payment details you will receive a confirmation mail indicating your payment, the name and address of the Hotel.

Requests for cancellations or changes from the original booking must be via email to mail@apcon2010.com
In case of cancellations received on or prior to15th November 2010,> the entire booking less Rs.500 and bank transaction charges, if applicable, will be refunded.
For cancellations received after15th November till 30th November 2010, 1 night charges plus applicable taxes and bank transaction charges will be deducted, balance payment will be refunded.
For cancellations received after 1st December 2010 and no shows, no refunds will be made.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and payment will be non-refundable.
The organizing committee has selected hotels/ service apartments listed below based on the proximity to conference venue. These will be considered the official hotels and the organizing committee will arrange transportation at fixed times between these places and the conference venue.
